Sample Making & Prototyping

Offset Printing
We are equipped with two large format, offset printing presses. Our 5-colour Manroland machine and Heidelberg 6-colour press with coater enable us to deliver high-quality, vibrant prints that meet your exact specifications. We use low migration, soy-based inks which are certified safe for use in food packaging.
Flexographic Printing
Alongside our offset printing capabilities, we also have multiple flexographic machines specifically designed for printing on lighter paper stocks, such as greaseproof paper. These machines utilise water-based inks, providing an eco-friendly solution that delivers excellent print quality. Our flexographic printing service ensures crisp, clean images and text, making it ideal for various packaging applications where durability and clarity are essential.
Die Cutting
We boast a range of die cutting machines capable of precisely cutting paperboards into various shapes and sizes. Folding & Gluing
Our state-of-the-art folding and gluing machine transforms standard folding boxes into pre-glued, ready-to-use products. It is capable of Straight Line, Crash Lock Bottom, 4-Corner, 6-Corner and Tuck End Cartons.
Sheeting
Our advanced sheeting machines, we can efficiently convert jumbo reels of paper into precise sheets, ready for use in the packaging manufacturing process. This capability enhances our production flexibility and ensures high-quality results.
